A little went out, a lot came in. I used .75 yards on a table mat for a friend. I bought seven yards of new fabric. It was mostly for a commissioned quilt, so it will go out again soon.
This week: + 7 yards, – .75 yards
This year: + 29.5 yards, – 24 yards
Net destashed added in 2019: 5.5 yards
Ah, well.
I did cut up the scraps this week.
Good luck using your stash!

Can you take away some of that brought in number if you get it on sale? That’s how quilters math works – lol!

😄 Ha! No, it shouldn’t count as much! That’s why I’ve bought so much in the past. But I used a little this week, so its okay.

I tend to get a big stack of scraps on my sewing table. I have been trying to cut them up into usable pieces, e.g. 2.5″ squares and other sizes for other projects on which I am working. I don’t want to refill the scrap drawers I have been slowly emptying. I guess it is really just reshuffling.
