Beginning of a twin size commission. Back, binding, and appliques are made. Hopefully it will come together quickly! These are 9 inch blocks.

No new fabric! (Yet!)

And this week I sewed a dozen napkins, two bowl cozies, and two pot holders for my son and daughter-in-law.

• This week: + 0 yards, – 4 yards
• This year: +69 yards, – 86.5 yards
• Net fabric destashed/added this year: 17.5 yards

I’ve accepted a commission, though, for a twin quilt, so the fabric will be rolling in. Ah, well.

My sewing machine is back! That should help the fabric outflow.

All those scraps I cut made up into twenty blocks for Kat’s Covered in Love drive for September and October using 2.5 yards.

Also I discovered when I folded the Christmas fabric that I had over counted it by 2 yards. That helps!
