Twelve yards of new fabric arrived this week, but, as you can see, it was essential.
Nothing was completed, but I’m almost finished quilting the Christmas mystery quilt. Photos soon.
Stay cool, and find some time to sew.
I softened the edges of the “stream” on this.
The patches are all sewn into blocks, and I might be finished moving them around. Maybe.
Question for you: This is 36″ x 42″, my typical baby size, but would it make a better wall hanging?
Let me know what you think.
Since my last report, I finished this quilt, and used some white Kona to line curtain valences for my kitchen.
No new fabric!
And this week’s top is all stash!
Take care, and sew your stash.
I started this baby-size quilt today with beach quilt scraps. That’s all turquoise/ aqua, I dont know why it looks royal blue.
These are 3.5″ squares, next is to add some 2.5″.
Sometimes I’m just happy for small bits of progress!
There were scraps in here from a January quilt, so, yeah, it was time.
All cleaned up, ready to make curtain valences.
Six yards of new fabric arrived, and nothing was finished.
Fear not! This baby quilt will be finished soon. It’s #15.
