Good numbers this week! I finished Beach Drunk, which used about seven and a half yards, and I didn’t buy any fabric.
This week: + 0 yards, – 7.5 yards
This year: + 57.5 yards, – 81.25 yards
Net fabric destashed in 2015: 23.75 yards
And I’m working on adding the sashing to Scrap-in-a-Box, so that should come out in a couple weeks.

Very nice finish. Good numbers for the year. Yes, I’m spending my time outside and doing other things instead of using my stash, but I haven’t added to the stash. That’s a good thing. 🙂

I am afraid to figure out how much stash I have … just an obscene amount…. I have been working out of my stash but then I find I have to buy fabric for backing and to coordinate my stash via sashings and borders…. SO IT GETS BIGGER………………….. NONNIE

Pretty quilt and nice beach for the picture. I have a very small garden, so it makes the tradeoff workable – got some time in the studio earlier today and planning a little more tomorrow.

I added to my stash over the holiday sales weekend. I’m afraid to look and see just how much yardage I picked up for two projects in the works. Yikes!
