No fabric came in this week, and some went out, so I’m making progress. I made two special-order baby quilts, using a total of six and a quarter yards, and shipped them to Australia and Texas, respectively.
This week: + 0 yards, -6.25 yards
YTD: +122.25 yards, -200 yards
Net stash used 2014: -77.75 yards
This week’s project is slower going, and I’ll be doing some traveling, then next week DS returns home briefly from college, so progress may slow some, but I’m plugging along.
Hope you’re using your stash! I’m linking up with Sunday Stash Report at Patchwork Times.

Great job Valerie! I love that H on the back, is it paper pieced?

Thank you, Kati! No, the H is appliqued on, satin stitched. And it’s the front- that’s all the decoration the customer wanted.

I really like the “H”. I am saving that idea so I can use it to personalize labels for the backs of quilts. Thanks for sharing.

Your use of gray fabrics with the cute bright blue elephant is awesome! Let me jump on a limb…this one goes to the land down under…am I right? I’m going to try something like yours with my ever growing stash of grays. Sandi

No, the elephants went to Texas! Don’t be afraid to put all those grays together- I don’t think any of mine match!

Cute baby quilts. I really like the blue elephants and the chevrons together.
